Frequently asked questions
What counts as an action?
An action is one unit of work: approximately 1 minute of phone call time, one WhatsApp message sent, one SMS, or one email. The pricing page shows current consumption rates.
Do unused actions roll over?
Actions reset at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. Top-up packs are available if you need more mid-cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period with no penalties.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment details. You only enter billing information when you choose to upgrade.
Which CRMs are supported?
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive on all paid plans. More integrations are in progress.
